Our TRAMUNTANA TEA is more than a beverage – it's an invitation to deep grounding. It unites two opposing forces of the island into a perfect, alchemical harmony:

The heart of the blend consists of the wild, untamed rock herbs of the Tramuntana. Led by the rare, endemic Estepa joana (Balearic St. John's Wort), deeply rooted sage, rosemary, and cistus. These plants represent the masculine, rugged energy of the limestone. They defy the elements, clear the mind, and bestow indomitable resilience upon the nervous system.

To gently capture and make this intense, ethereal power palatable, we have married it with the inviting warmth of the Mediterranean summer: sun-dried fig leaves and refreshing mint. The fig leaves bring a wonderfully soft, almost creamy-sweet richness to the cup, opening the heart, releasing emotional tension, and enveloping the wild bitter notes of the mountain herbs like a natural soft-focus filter.

The result is a tea that doesn't excite you but deeply anchors you within yourself. It gives you a calm, flowing, and steady energy – ideal for moments when the world outside is loud, but you want to feel the unwavering stillness and strength of the mountains within you.

This blend contains the pure nature of Fartàritx:

The resinous-spicy foundation: Wild cistus, Mediterranean sage, and intense rosemary bring the woody pine aroma of our hot rock faces directly into your cup. They form the powerful, characteristic heart of the tea.

The mellowing and refreshing agents: Gently dried fig leaves and a hint of peppermint form the balancing base. The fig leaves act like a natural soft focus, giving the infusion a creamy richness with subtly sweet nuances, while the mint ensures a clear, fresh finish.

The exclusive wild note: The rare, endemic Balearic St. John's Wort (Hypericum balearicum) grows only on the barren heights of our mountains. We harvest it by hand during the full summer sun to refine the blend with its woody-balsamic depth.

Processing: All plants are hand-selected on Fartàritx and gently air-dried to preserve the valuable essential oils, ingredients, and the authentic aroma.

Purity: 100% wild nature. Free from artificial flavors, additives, or caffeine. Vegan, natural, and handcrafted in a strictly limited batch.

Take your time with this infusion – the preparation is already the first step towards slowing down.

Quantity: Use 1–2 teaspoons of the mixture per cup.

Temperature: Pour approx. 95 °C hot water over the wild herbs. Since rosemary and fig leaves are a bit more robust than delicate blossoms, they tolerate the heat perfectly to release their deep aromas.

Time: Let the tea steep for exactly 3 to 5 minutes. With this steeping time, the gentle, sweet nuances of fig and the freshness of mint perfectly complement the intense essential oils of the mountain herbs.

Enjoyment: Before the first sip, inhale the deep, resinous-spicy aroma. The tea is very economical, strong in character, and gives you the pure grounding of the Tramuntana with every cup.
