In this set, we capture the essence of Fartàritx. It contains the essence of nine unique herbs that grow wild or are cultivated on our land. The base of all four elixirs is a traditional extract of raw honey and unfiltered apple cider vinegar (oxymel) – a method used since ancient times to make the power of plants palatable and accessible.

Four flavors, four areas of effect:

HARMONIA (The Balance)
Herbs: Balearic St. John's wort, myrtle, mint, olive leaves. A radiant elixir to lift your spirits. The myrtle and St. John's wort have a gently balancing effect, while mint provides freshness. Ideal for moments when you need to take a deep breath.

FORÇA (The Power)
Herbs: Olive leaves, myrtle, Balearic St. John's wort, rosemary, mastic (mastic tree). A fiery boost. Rosemary and mastic awaken the senses, while olive provides grounding. Perfect as a start to the day or before physical activity.

RESILIÈNCIA (The Shield)
Herbs: Olive leaves, hawthorn, rosemary, mata, echinacea. A combination of ancient tradition and proven knowledge. Hawthorn and echinacea complement the potent island herbs, forming a shield that strengthens you during challenging times and transitional phases (e.g., autumn/winter).

AMARG (The Bitter One)
Herbs: Chicory (root), wormwood, rockrose, mint. The backbone of our herbal medicine. The valuable bitter substances from wormwood and chicory are soothing for the stomach after meals, harmoniously rounded off by rockrose and mint.

Our elixirs are so-called oxymels (sour honeys). They taste sweet and sour and are incredibly versatile.

Basic application: Shake the bottle well. Mix one tablespoon of the elixir with a glass (approx. 200ml) of water – still or sparkling. Stir and enjoy.

Your Fartàritx day:

In the morning: A glass of water with FORÇA or RESILIÈNCIA to wake up the metabolism.

During the day: HARMONIA as a refreshing “mocktail” with ice cubes and a sprig of fresh mint.

After the meal: AMARG as a modern digestif (without high-proof alcohol) to dispel the feeling of fullness.

Instructions for use & storage

Shake before use: As these are natural products, sediment may settle. This is a sign of quality.

Storage: Once opened, store in a cool place (refrigerator recommended) and consume promptly.

Acidity warning: Due to the vinegar content, we recommend that people with sensitive stomachs do not drink the elixir undiluted, but always diluted.

Not for infants: As the product contains raw honey, it is not suitable for children under 12 months.
