CICLO VITAL is a liquid embrace for the sensitive phases of the month. We have opted for the most primal form of energy extraction: an oxymel (sour honey).

Instead of alcohol, we use the natural synergy of raw apple cider vinegar and organic blossom honey to capture the essence of the plants. This traditional recipe was developed to ground women during hormonal transitions – naturally, alcohol-free, and beneficial for the body.

Four herbs, honey, vinegar. Nothing else.

Our herbs grow under the Mallorcan sun and are processed by hand. Their active ingredients are slowly infused into the honey-vinegar mixture.

The cycle heroes: Organic chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus) is at the heart of this mixture, supported by clarifying sage and invigorating rosemary.

The tranquility: True lavender brings a gentle note to the powerful composition.

The base: Raw blossom honey and naturally cloudy apple cider vinegar make the herbs optimally available to your body.

Your pre-period ritual.

An oxymel is as simple as it is ingenious in its application.

Timing: We recommend starting to take it about 6 days before your period begins.

The dose: Take 1 tablespoon daily.

How to enjoy it: Either neat for a direct kick or – our recommendation – stirred into a glass of water as a refreshing drink.

When: Ideally in the morning on an empty stomach or before a meal.

Please shake vigorously before each use to distribute the herbal power.
