MOUNTAIN TEA

Our mountain tea is more than just a drink – it's an invitation to stillness. It unites two contrasting forces in perfect harmony: The base is wild Sideritis scardica (Greek mountain tea) from the Tramuntana mountains. It embodies the masculine, clear energy of the rock, clarifies the mind, and sharpens focus. To gently capture this power, we've blended it with the queen of flowers: the Damask rose. She brings a soft, floral note to the cup, opening the heart and releasing emotional tension.

The result is a tea that wakes you up without stimulating you. It gives you a calm, flowing energy – ideal for starting the day or for moments when you need to be wide awake but want to remain completely present.

This mixture contains the pure nature of Fartàritx:

Mountain tea (Sideritis scardica): It grows wild on the barren heights of our mountains. We harvest it by hand at the time of full flowering, when the essential oil content is at its highest.

The Damask rose (Rosa damascena): We use only the finest, most fragrant petals.

The processing: Both plants are gently air-dried to preserve the valuable ingredients and full aroma.

Purity: 100% natural. Free from artificial flavors, additives, or caffeine. Vegan and all-natural.

Take your time for this infusion – the preparation itself is the first step towards slowing down.

Amount: Use 1-2 teaspoons of the mixture per cup.

Temperature: Pour approximately 90°C hot water over the herbs. (Tip: Let the boiling water cool briefly to avoid burning the delicate essential oils of the rose).

Time: Let the tea steep for 5–8 minutes. Enjoy watching the rose petals unfurl in the water.

Enjoyment: The tea is very economical and can easily be steeped a second time.
